Frédéric Ribau – Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Frederic began computer science at the age of 12, and a passion for community IT tech. Relations with the Internet pioneer have been woven (CompuServe, AOL, MSN).

After a decade in IT at Microsoft, Frédéric joined one of the internet leaders (Yahoo!) as CIO for the EMEA region. Passionate about new technologies as well as challenges, Frédéric decided to create SalenGo (online CRM) in 2012, DepoPass (Trusted Third Party) in 2015 and RuckPay in 2023, also serving as CIO/CTO in several companies (Pharma, Ecommerce, Payment ).

Pierick Coustumer – Chief Operating Officer

Pierick works in the world of payments since more than 20 years. He started his career in 2000 with International Merchant Services / Streamline International in the UK (now known as WorldPay / FIS), a payment services provider (PSP), world leader of online payments. During this period Pierick was responsible for the project which launched Streamline International in Belgium. In 2007 Pierick joined First Data (FISERV), where he created and managed the International Sales & eCommerce Department of BoSMS (First Data Merchant Solutions). In 2012, he became Head of the Payments Business Development Department at PokerStars and in 2016, he became the CEO of Monek, a Payment Gateway company in England supporting over 2,000 merchants. In 2023 with Frederic, Pierick created RuckPay, the most innovative Payment Gateway on the French market.
